Hello! 👋 I'm Nikita, Co-founder and CTO at UpFlip, where I specialize in UX, UI, conversion rate optimization, and systems architecture. Despite never attending college and barely graduating high school, I've cultivated a rich career in tech, teaching myself everything I know via Google and YouTube. Over the past 9 years, I've dedicated myself to the online tech industry, mastering the art of crafting digital products that users love. In my current role, I lead the design and development of innovative online products like the UpFlip Academy, guiding our team in creating experiences that not only meet but exceed user expectations. My journey has honed my skills in creating solutions that are not only functional but also enjoyable and effective. Outside of work, I cherish my time with my amazing wife and indulge in my passions for the gym, soccer, hunting, and long-range shooting.
